We encourage you to support children's literature in Utah by becoming
a member of CLAU today.

Your membership dues go towards the following:

#1-  To promote and support children’s literature in Utah, especially
among the children of Utah.  Every year CLAU sponsors the Beehive Book
Award, the official state children’s choice book award.

#2- In addition to supporting local authors and illustrators, CLAU is
proud to bring to Utah nationally recognized authors and illustrators.
 CLAU also provides speakers and presenters to state and local
associations and schools. CLAU hosts two events every year, one in the
fall and one in the spring.

Currently the benefits of membership include:

A discount for our annual awards banquet held in April.

Ability to nominate books for the Beehive Award Nominee long list and
to be a reader to help determine which books make the Beehive Award
Nominee short list.

The knowledge that you have helped support a group of volunteers
promoting children's literature across Utah.

If you would like to join, please print and mail the membership
application to the address on the form.  You may either pay by check
included with the form or submit payment via our website.
