The Classic Way
What has been done in the past was to have you print the registration form from your browser's Print function, and then fill it out and mail it to us along with your check.
The Digital Way
After you have filled out our new online form, we will e-mail it to you. You then simply print it, and mail it in with your check. Since we are able to receive a copy of your form electronically, this allows us to enter the information to our database more accurately.
